Cost-effective

POSTAL SURVEYS

Postal or self-completion surveys are still the backbone of many research projects. ARP provides a bespoke design service for every questionnaire we complete – it is critical for the success of the survey that documents are designed with the end user in mind, and are therefore easy to use, attractive, uncluttered and worded in plain English.

All our documents are printed on high quality paper stock in the most appropriate formats, including black and white, full colour and two colour options, A5 and A4 booklets, A3 large print, postcards and leaflets. All are provided with high capacity and quick turn-around times at highly competitive rates.

Bespoke-and-flexible

ONLINE SURVEYS

Hosted on our own highly secure server, we offer the same bespoke design and branding for our online surveys as for all of our other self-completion questionnaires. Our adaptable web platform offers attractive design, sophisticated surveys, multi-language capabilities and configurable access control.

‘PRIORITY SEARCH’

Customer satisfaction tells you how your services are perceived now, but what about the future? Truly understanding your customer’s priorities is critical in planning your investments and resource allocation, but can be hard to measure using conventional tools.

The ‘Priority Search’ is a unique method that resolves many of these problems, and enables your research respondents to truly express which competing priorities are truly important to them.

DEPTH QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

FOCUS GROUPS

Stimulating discussion amongst a small group of your customers or stakeholders will generate new ideas, reveal what drives their opinions, and be able to explore future options for service delivery. At ARP we utilise different approaches to groups and workshops as best suits the project objectives, including innovative use of the Priority Search methodology to deliver iterative feedback loops.

HARD TO REACH

Vulnerable people, those with a disability, young persons, those for whom English is not the first language and other equality groups must all be provided with appropriate opportunities to have their say and to allow analysis across the different protected characteristics.

At ARP we take a multi layered approach to ensure that these needs are reflected and addressed within any survey design or specific consultation. This can mean specific adjustments to meet the needs of a wide variety of individuals, and can include face to face interviews with suitably qualified staff, access through community gatekeepers, fully translated online and offline questionnaires, large print and legible design.
